Cancel subscription

Cancel your Peptid AI subscription

Subscribed in the app? Cancel it on the platform you bought it on: the App Store on iPhone, Google Play on Android. Apple and Google bill these subscriptions, so only they can cancel them, not us.

App Store

iPhone or iPad

  1. Open Settings and tap your name.
  2. Tap Subscriptions.
  3. Tap Peptid AI, then Cancel Subscription.

Android

  1. Open the Google Play app and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
  3. Tap Peptid AI, then Cancel subscription.

Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription. After you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for. To avoid a charge after the free trial, cancel at least 24 hours before it ends.
