Toremifene is taken orally, once daily, in milligram ranges described in research literature. It is used either continuously during a cycle to keep gyno in check or as a several-week PCT to help the axis recover. All ranges are informational only; dosing belongs with a physician.
For preventing gyno and for helping the axis recover, toremifene behaves much like tamoxifen; people who do not tolerate one sometimes prefer the other. It is not a muscle-builder and it cannot rescue a fully suppressed axis overnight - PCT recovery takes weeks and is not guaranteed.
Toremifene carries the SERM-class risks of venous thromboembolism and visual disturbances, and it can prolong the QT interval, so it should be used cautiously by anyone with heart-rhythm concerns or on other QT-prolonging drugs. It is prescription-only and best used with physician oversight and bloodwork. Any clot symptoms or visual changes are reasons to stop and seek care.
