Cancel or manage your subscription
Enter the address you subscribed with and we will email you a link straight into your subscription settings — cancel, switch plan, or update your card. We email the link rather than opening it here so nobody can reach your billing details by guessing your address.
Cancelling during the free trial
Cancel before the 3 days are up and you are never charged. Access continues until the trial ends.
Cancelling a paid subscription
Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and you keep access until then. No notice period, no reason required, no phone call.
Subscribed through the App Store or Google Play?
Apple and Google control those subscriptions and we cannot cancel them for you. On iOS: Settings → your name → Subscriptions. On Android: Play Store → profile → Payments & subscriptions. The Terms of Service cover both routes.
Deleting your data
Cancelling stops the billing; it does not erase your account. To remove your data entirely, use account deletion.
